You simply share your unique link or QR code with patients before consultation—no app, no logins, no fuss.

Medical and consent forms collect factual info and confirm understanding of risks. PREPÆRE’s check-in focuses on the patient’s emotional readiness. It prompts self-reflection and gently flags if someone might need more support—something standard forms or gut instinct can easily miss.

How do I share the check-in with patients?
It’s super simple. You can send your unique link to your patients before consultation via email, add it to your booking confirmation template, or print out a QR code for your clinic. We’ll guide you through the setup—it takes minutes.

Will this make my consultation process longer or more complicated?
Not at all. In fact, it often saves time. Patients come in more prepared, and difficult conversations become easier to navigate. You don’t have to analyse responses—PREPÆRE gives patients instant feedback, so you can focus on care.

It’s entirely up to you! PREPÆRE™ is designed as a standalone solution that gives patients the information and support they need, without any extra work on your part. But if you’d like to be more hands-on, you can opt in to receive summary emails and review your patients' full responses. Some practitioners choose to go through answers in a structured way, while others prefer a more free-flowing conversation—whatever suits your style.

Do I need any mental health training to use PREPÆRE™?
No formal training is needed—PREPÆRE™ is designed to be simple and intuitive. However, if you’d like extra support, we offer free resources that guide you step-by-step through interpreting responses and best practices for follow-up conversations. Bespoke training sessions can also be arranged on request.

What if a patient is flagged as needing support—what do I do?
You don’t need to take on a therapist’s role. PREPÆRE™ encourages the patient to reflect and come to the consultation feeling more open and aware. You can choose how you respond—some practitioners use the check-in to guide a gentle conversation, while others prefer to wait and see what the patient brings up. If anything doesn’t feel right, you’re always within your rights to pause or delay treatment.
3.0 SAFETY, PRIVACY & SUPPORT

How is patient data kept safe?
PREPÆRE™ is fully GDPR compliant and built with privacy in mind. Patients aren’t asked to share any personally identifiable information—instead, they choose an identifier (like a first name, initials, nickname, or even a random word) so you can link their responses if needed. This protects anonymity, which is key to encouraging honest answers. All data is encrypted and securely stored.

Who can see patient responses?
Practitioners can choose to receive a summary of responses and access to all their patients full responses—but can link it to individuals only if the patient chooses to share their identifier (like initials, a nickname, or a chosen word). Without that, responses remain fully anonymous. PREPÆRE™ can access all responses to monitor trends and improve the tool, but this data is always anonymised. This balance is essential to protect patient privacy and encourage honest, open answers.

How do I integrate PREPÆRE™ into my workflow
PREPÆRE™ is designed to fit seamlessly into your current processes. Simply add the check-in link to your pre-consultation emails, booking confirmations, consent forms, send it via text or share a QR code in your clinic. Do I need to log in to use PREPÆRE™?
No log-in is needed to use PREPÆRE™’s check-in with your patients. You’ll create an account only to manage your subscription and billing. There’s no separate platform to access—everything happens via the link you share and optional summary emails you receive.
