Terms of Use

Welcome to PREPÆRE™. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PREPÆRE™ website, tools, and materials, including the pre-consultation wellbeing check-in and all associated resources (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use or access the Services.

1. Eligibility & Permitted Use

You must be at least 18 years old and a qualified, licensed practitioner to use the PREPÆRE™ platform and its associated materials. 

The PREPÆRE™ Services are intended solely for registered users who are aesthetic practitioners utilising the digital check-in tool with their patients. Materials are to be used in connection with the PREPÆRE™ platform only. Resources such as the "Interpreting Patient Responses" guide are designed to complement the digital check-in experience. They are not intended for standalone or in-person replication of the check-in process.

2. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the PREPÆRE™ Services, including but not limited to the self-led check-in questionnaire, patient response guide, downloadable resources, design, branding, and written content, is the exclusive property of PREPÆRE™ and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any part of the Services without written permission.

  • Use PREPÆRE™ materials to create your own tools, questionnaires, or derivative works.

  • Share PREPÆRE™ resources with third parties without explicit consent.

 

Any unauthorised use may result in legal action.

3. Limited Licence

Upon subscription or registration, PREPÆRE™ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, professional, and non-commercial use with your own patients.

You may not:

  • Share, resell, or sublicense your access to the Services.

  • Republish or reproduce the check-in questions or patient response options in any public-facing materials.

  • Use the materials in group trainings, workshops, or public presentations without explicit permission.

 

4. Patient Data and Privacy

As a practitioner, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the PREPÆRE™ Services complies with all applicable privacy and data protection regulations, including GDPR. PREPÆRE™ does not collect or store identifiable patient data unless explicitly stated. Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services or attempt to interfere with the normal operation or security of the platform. You must not:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform or its code.

  • Use the Services for any unlawful or unethical purpose.

6. Termination

PREPÆRE™ reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

7. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an "as-is" basis. PREPÆRE™ makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the effectiveness, reliability, or suitability of the Services for your practice or patients. The PREPÆRE™ tools are designed to support, not replace, clinical judgment. They are not a diagnostic tool or medical advice. You are solely responsible for how you use the insights provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PREPÆRE™ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services.

9. Changes to Terms

PREPÆRE™ may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
